Tenants

We help tenants to find the right property in the right location at the right price; whether you need to be near to work or near to the best schools for your children. Our fully trained, friendly staff will work with you to find the property that is right for you. In the rare event you have a problem when you have moved in we are on hand to help out with any maintenance problems, 24 hours a day.

Finding a property

Once you have found the home for you, all you’ll need to do is complete a simple application form. Anyone who is over the age of 18 will be asked to fill out an application form. Please ensure that all sections of the form are completed, we will then process your references.

Tenants Administration Fee

We ask you to pay this fee to cover the administration costs of preparing the tenancy documentation and costs of credit references. The fee is payable at the time of submitting the application. Please see the enclosed information relating to charges. Please note that if your application fails or is withdrawn the cost is non refundable.
