A big word of thanks to Craig and Direct-Letz. Our flat was unoccupied for 2 months and upon contacting Craig, he said he would have it let in three weeks and it did not take him that long. He not only helped with the letting but ensured that the flat was cleaned, painted and was even on hand to receive and install some funiture. A letting agent that has definitiely gone the extra mile and we are thankful.

Just to say how impressed we have been with the service from Direct Letz. We had used another letting agent and was contacted by Craig to see if we would like to use them in the future. I contacted them the next day and was told I could probably expect a tenant within 4 weeks. Instead they rang back that night to say we have tenant and she moved in the next week. Having had my properties poorly managed for several years by uninterested agents it is a breath of fresh air to deal with Craig and Gemma. They have brought my properties back up to the standard I wanted them in and have let them out in a very short time. Where other agents didn't seem bothered to keep me informed Craig and Emma's level of communication is exemplary.

I can not recommend them highly enough, especially if you do not live locally to the properties you let. I am not easily pleased and do not recommend services often, so you can be assured that your property will be in safe hands with Craig and Gemma.
